BrainBit Inc. will provide a BrainBit Flex or BrainBit Headband hardware kit (Unit) for a minimum Membership duration of 1 month.
The Member is responsible for the Unit and putting a credit card on file.
If the Unit is lost or stolen, the credit card will be charged for the total retail price of the device (BrainBit Flex - $750, BrainBit Headband - $499).
The Membership Signup Date is set on the day of subscription creation.
On the Membership Signup Date, a non-refundable $178 start-up charge covering first month fee, activation and shipping to get the Unit to the Member, will be assessed.
Monthly Fee of $79 per BrainBit Flex and $59 per BrainBit Headband.
The Monthly Fee is non-refundable and charged every month on your Membership Signup Date, in advance for the next month.
These Terms of Service (“TOS”) may be updated from time to time without warning or notice at the sole discretion of BrainBit Inc.
The first membership month starts when the order is created.

The Member may cancel the Membership by contacting info@brainbit.com.
The member needs to cancel at least 48 hours before the due date to allow time to receive the return label and ship the BrainBit Flex back to BrainBit Inc.

A payment link for an Amount off a Unit from the BrainBit Inc. will be generated for you.
The Member can get a discount, which is a sum of first 3 monthly payments.
The subscription will be canceled once we get the payment.
Other
Units are not guaranteed to work with every Member as each person has a unique physiology.
BrainBit Inc. can cancel the Membership at any time and will attempt to provide reasonable notice.
