BrainBit Inc. built the Callibri Befit Application app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by BrainBit Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Callibri Befit device usage data:
● Data relatina to vour performance and workouts with the Callibri Befit device.
● Log data: As with most technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our product and record it in log files.
● Device information: Callibri Befit collects information about devices using Callibri Befit product, including type of device, what operating system is used, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and crash data.
● Location information: Callibri Befit collects location information from devices in accordance with the consent process provided by your device only to allow the connection of Callibri Befit products with your Bluetooth device.
Callibri Befit uses personal data in furtherance of our legitimate interests in operating our product.
Callibri Befit uses User data:
● To create your personal user account in order for you to monitor your workouts and performances and to be able to keep your data after changing phone or tablet.
● To establish communication between the Callibri Befit device and the Callibri Befit application.
● To improve and optimize the application. For examble we mav detect that a dame is not appreciated and thus focus our effort on improving it.
● To communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions. If you contact us, we may use your User data to respond.
● To send emails and other communications. We may send you service, technical and other administrative emails, messages, surveys and other types of communications. We may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Callibri Befit device or application. We may access and assess your User Data in order to resolve a problem you are having with the product.
● All personal data we collect and process is stored on our secure servers in accordance with reasonable security practices as required by applicable law, legal process or regulation.
● The product provided through our Platforms is not marketed to, and should not be used by, anybody under the age of 18.
● We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal data, we will delete such data from our servers unless consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child.

Users have the opportunity to request the deletion of personal data. A request to delete account data can be sent at any time in the form of a written application to e-mail: support@brainbit.com.
Upon receiving the request, the mobile application database administrator deletes the application account and its associated data, namely: ID, name, picture, and user’s locale, results of sessions.
After deleting the account and associated data, the user receives a confirmation email.
